Fresh out of rehab and jail, Lindsay Lohan is headed back to the big screen in 'Machete.' At Wednesday night's Los Angeles premiere, fellow cast members cruised up to the red carpet in stylin’ low riders and told ET that Lindsay was a pleasure to have on set.

Lindsay, though absent from the premiere, left quite an impression on Cheech Marin. "The first scene I did in this movie, you open this van door and there she is naked. I go, 'Oh, hi. Welcome to 'Machete,'" he recalled with a laugh. "I just wish her all the best. She's a young girl. If she can get on the right path, she's a good actress."

The chorus of costars sang their praises of Lindsay and harmonized in positive comments. Upcoming actress Electra Avellan befriended the starlet and said she looked to Lindsay for advice. "She taught me how to pose with a gun and look hot," said Electra. "I think she's going to be back on top really fast."

Machete himself, Danny Trejo, can sympathize with the troubled young star. "We all have a personal life," he understands. "She'll come out of it. She'll do great." Director Robert Rodriguez would be happy to work with her again, saying, "She's such a great talent and she was completely professional."

The man calling the shots confirmed to ET that he has already secured 'Machete' star Jessica Alba for 'Spy Kids 4.' "I was really inspired by seeing her around the set of 'Machete' with a baby and she's trying to stay ready for camera and having to take care of the baby," he said of Jessica bringing daughter Honor to work. "I went, 'That would be great for a spy mom,' so I got inspired by that and wrote the script based on what I saw."

Leaving her adorable little girl at home "with family," Jessica said she played a tough chick in 'Machete,' but eluded injury in the stunt scenes. "I may have hurt a few people, but I didn't get hurt," she boasted.

'Machete' hopes to kick the box office's butt when it opens in theaters on September 3. Michelle Rodriquez, Don Johnson, and Robert DeNiro also star.
